The Energy Bus

Positivity is a choice—and a leadership strategy.Based on Jon Gordon’s bestselling book, this workshop brings to life the 10 Rules for the Ride of Your Life. Participants learn how to overcome negativity, shift mindset, and bring contagious energy to their work and teams.

Participants will:

  • Learn and apply the 10 Energy Bus rules
  • Identify and remove negative influences (“Energy Vampires”)
  • Develop a personal leadership vision rooted in positivity
  • Create action steps to energize their team or environment

The Power of Positive Leadership

Lead with optimism, purpose, and resilience.Grounded in Jon Gordon’s Positive Leadership principles, this workshop helps leaders strengthen trust, manage adversity, and lead in a way that inspires belief and commitment.

The Leader Within

Leadership begins with who you are.This reflective session helps participants explore personal leadership across four areas: personal, social, professional, and familial. We use belief, value, and behavior frameworks to help each person define how they want to show up in every part of life.

Management Best Practices

What every manager should know.This practical workshop provides a clear, manager-friendly overview of employment law basics. We cover key compliance issues, common legal risks, and best practices for leading people with both confidence and care.

  • Understand legal risks in hiring, discipline, and termination
  • Learn how to document decisions and manage employee issues

MBTI for Teams

Speak clearly. Lead confidently.Co-created with communications expert Alan Hoffler, this hands-on workshop gives participants the tools to speak with impact. From meetings to presentations to everyday conversations, we focus on clarity, confidence, and connecting with your audience.
