My organizational effectiveness process is built around a 120-hour discovery and alignment experience designed to uncover the root issues—not just the symptoms.

Rather than make assumptions, I assess. Through a multi-phase evaluation of your Process, People, and Purpose, I help you gain insight across every layer of your organization. This includes stakeholder interviews, workflow analysis, cultural diagnostics, and facilitated alignment sessions.

What I look at:

  • Process – How work gets done: systems, workflows, decision-making, and accountability
     
  • People – Team dynamics, leadership effectiveness, communication flow, and culture
     
  • Purpose – The clarity and integration of your mission, vision, and values
