An Experiential Journey into Perspective, Empathy, and Inclusion


At ApplyAble Leadership, we believe that true leadership begins with the ability to see others clearly—and that requires the courage to look inward first. Lenses of Diversity is a transformative workshop experience designed to help individuals, teams, and organizations explore the many layers of diversity that shape who we are, how we relate to others, and how we show up in the spaces we lead and serve.

This workshop isn't just a lecture—it’s a guided, interactive journey rooted in story, connection, and reflection. Participants engage in a series of immersive exercises that surface the lived experiences, unconscious preferences, and internal beliefs that influence their worldview. Through meaningful conversation, reflection, and vulnerability, we begin to see not only our differences—but the shared humanity that binds us together.

What You’ll Experience:

  • Interactive Discovery Activities that prompt self-awareness through personal storytelling, card-based prompts, and small group dialogue
  • Deep Reflection using the Mirror Reflection Test to explore intent, assumptions, and emotional triggers in real-world interactions
  • Insight into Dimensions of Diversity, including personal, social, professional, and cultural identifiers that influence how people navigate life
  • Foundational Inclusion Concepts, such as unconscious bias, preference, empathy, and psychological safety—explained in accessible and actionable ways
  • A Framework for Application, helping teams turn learning into lasting change through the Empathy + Vulnerability + Practice formula
